  11. We have a problem during zmodem downloads from our site to a remote
  12. site.  We appear to keep resending the 2nd thru nth packets using
  13. zmodem IF the destination modem has a relatively slow speed.  We've
  14. tracked this (with a protocol snooper) to what appears to be buffer
  15. overruns between the computer and the modem at our end.  Basically:
  16. our computer talks to the modem too fast and the modem's buffer gets
  17. full.  I need a reliable workaround.  This phenomemnon only happens
  18. with OS/2, not with DOS.  But changing OS's at this point is not an
  19. option.  Not for the near term anyway.
